There is one secret word. Everyone asks yes or no questions to guess it within 5 minutes. But one player is the Insider, who already knows the answer and wants the group to get it right without anyone noticing they led the way.
So the game has two halves: first everyone works together to find the word, then everyone turns on each other to find the Insider.

Steps
Deal roles. The Master shows their card; every other role stays secret.
See the word. Everyone closes their eyes. The Master opens theirs, picks the word and closes them. Then the Insider opens their eyes, looks at the word and closes them. Everyone opens their eyes.
Guess for 5 minutes. Everyone, the Insider included, asks freely. The Master answers only yes, no or I don't know.
If time runs out without the word, everyone loses, the Insider too.
If someone guesses it, start hunting the Insider: discuss for as long as the guessing took (the basic rule), about who seemed to know already.
Vote. Count to 3 and all point. If the most-voted player is the Insider, the Master and Commons win. If not, the Insider wins.
Tips for a first game
Commons: watch for questions that narrow things down suspiciously fast, and for whoever happens to guess the final word.
Insider: don't be the one who says the word. Ask useful but ordinary-sounding questions and let someone else guess.
Master: keep your face and voice flat when you answer.
Good words for a first game are simple nouns everyone knows, such as durian, tuk-tuk or umbrella.
